What is Open House Belfast?

The Open House Festival concept was developed in London in 1992 by Open Cities, and has since spread to over 37 cities throughout the world where the weekend events now happen annually.

Open House is a simple but powerful concept: opening up the best of a city’s built environment; buildings and infrastructure, for all to experience, free of charge. Open House initiatives invite everyone to explore and understand the value of a well-designed built environment.

We at PLACE are delighted to be presenting the second annual Open House Belfast Architecture & Engineering Festival from 21 – 23 October 2016.
